TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Unfortunately we do have a few terms and conditions when you book with us, but we will keep it short and you don't need to be a lawyer to understand them.


DEPOSITS: A deposit secures the vehicle and the driver. This will be processed by a PayPal invoice, therefore you will need a credit or debit card to make the payment. Paying a deposit means you will have read and accepted these terms and conditions.


CANCELLATION REFUNDS: It does cost us time and money to arrange and process these bookings. We also may have turned away other business so the following timescales will determine if a refund will be made...

  •      1 month or more before the date of your tour with us – 100% refund
  •      Between 1 month and 2 weeks – 50% refund
  •      Between 2 weeks and 1 week – 20% refund
  •      Less than 1 week – sorry, no refund
  •      HOWEVER, if the ship fails to dock for any reason you will get a full refund.

WILDLIFE: On all our tours there is a possibility of seeing widlife such as dolphins, seals, deer, pine martens, badgers, foxes, buzzards, eagles, falcons, hawks and owls. Nature is a beautiful thing up here and many forms of wildlife can be seen on our tours but because everything is in their natural surroundings we cannot guarantee sightings.

PICKUP TIMES AT PORT: You will be sent an itinerary which will have all the information you need to meet up with your driver. It will have the date and time to meet and any directions to follow on leaving the ship. If you are running late or need to speak to the driver their number is on the sheet. Please note we will allow up to 45 minutes grace for meeting up with your driver. If you have not arrived at the meeting point or contacted your driver 45 minutes after the pick up time we will presume that this is a "no-show" and the driver will be actively looking for alternative passengers. Should this occur, there will be no refund of your deposit.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT EMAIL US ON THE DAY WITH ANY PROBLEMS AS WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE COMPUTER WHEN WE ARE OUT OF THE OFFICE, PLEASE TELEPHONE YOUR DRIVER DIRECTLY.


SPECIAL NOTE FOR CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS: Our aim is to get all passengers back to the ship an hour before the ship is scheduled to leave. If you choose to do additional activities to the agreed itinerary and it means that you miss the boarding of your ship, I and any driver working with me or on behalf of me, cannot be held responsible for any additional costs that may be incurred by yourself to re-board the ship AND that the agreed amount for the agreed tour with myself is still payable to myself, or your driver, at the end of the tour.

TOTAL LIABILITY: In any other event which may result in you being out of pocket in any way, our total liability to you shall be no more than the deposit you have paid.
